This certification, obtained in December 2001, is not a mere requirement or the market we work in; it is rather a way of working and thinking. Our management want our customers to make the most of their investment in our products. This is why we are committed to give satisfactory answers to our partners.

The most important questions we are asked are: how, when and what quality.

How: how our customer wants our product and its performances.

When: when the product is to be delivered. A not well planned schedule can lead to a loss in quality. Our policy is to schedule carefully our delivery times in order to pay to each order all the required attention. The whole process of production is constantly being monitored by a software which has been developed precisely for this purpose.

What quality: Working with leader companies we must comply with top standards at all time. On the other hand, our prices must be competitive. We meet those two requirements on one hand thanks to our position on the market which allows us to get the best components (such as Siemens, ABB, Telematique among the others) at competitive prices. On the other hand, our quality office is always at work, checking that everything is always up to the expectations of our customers
