Warranty:
our products are guaranteed 12 months from the purchasing date. A valid document of purchasing is required to take profit of the warranty. The warranty is void after 16 months from the date of manufacturing.

Repairs:
repairs are covered by a further 6 months guarantee from the date of shipping.

More in general, the guarantee covers defective components and will be made in our premises or in authorised assistance centres.

Elettrotecnica GRIG srl disclaims all responsibility for any harm to things, people or animal caused by its products but not derived from errors in manufacturing them.

Warranty is void in the following instances:
-if the device has been repaired, disassembled or tampered by anybody not authorised by Elettrotecnica GRIG srl;
-if the breakdown is due to mistakes in the electrical, hydraulic or mechanic connections, for lack of protection or for not complying to the current normative.
-if the device has been overloaded
-if the internal components have been put in contact with abrasive, flammable or corrosive liquids;
-in case of natural catastrophes (e.g. earthquake, floods);
-in case of normal wearing out of the components
-if the device has not received the prescribed routine maintenance (normally, a test every 6 months)

Elettrotecnica GRIG srl reserves to itself the final judgement on the causes of the breakdown and to whether it falls under guarantee.
